How to request a refund
- Contact us via our Contact page or email support@domoremillion.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please add a photo or short video.
- We'll reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Returns
If we ask you to send the item back, we'll give you the return address. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Bundle orders can be refunded in part or in full; partial refunds are calculated on the discounted price actually paid.
